General Information
On enrolment, parents will be required to read through the Nursery's Policies and Procedures and sign a Terms and Conditions of Enrolment.
Hours
We open at 8.00am and close at 6.00pm Monday to Friday all year round with the exception of the days over the Christmas and New Year holidays.
Meals/Snacks
We have a full time cook at the nursery. All lunches and snacks are provided. A weekly menu is displayed at the front of the nursery. Snacks take the form of fresh fruit, cheese & raisins, toast, cereal etc with milk or water. For children with special dietary requirements, we will do our best to accommodate.
Bottle Feeding and Nappies
As the needs of each individual baby vary and differ so much, we ask that parents provide prepared bottles and supply their own nappies, cream, wipes and cotton wool.
Fees
All fees are payable monthly in advance with two month's notice required if you wish to give up your nursery placement, or 2 month's fees in lieu of notice. All fees are paid by bank standing order on the sixth of each month. Fees remain payable for children who are sick or absent from the nursery for any reason. We request notice of any holidays to be taken. The days the nursery is closed around the Christmas and New Year period, parents are not charged fees. This is reflected in your monthly charge, please see formula.
Fees are to be paid by equal calendar payments for 51 weeks of the year and are calculated:
Weekly fee x 51 weeks / 12 calendar months
N.B. The nursery reserves the right to cancel a nursery placement without prior notice. In the event of these circumstances all advance fees paid will be fully refunded.
Welcome packs with a comprehensive guide to important information, policies and practice will be sent out to parents once a child is enrolled.
